Volunteer Management Session
Over the last year, the CISV International’s Organisation Development Committee has been working on creating cohesive organisational standards of volunteer management across CISV. As a representative of your Chapter these sessions will provide you with the opportunity to understand the Volunteer Involvement Policy, learn best practices and share your feedback on volunteering with CISV.
These online town halls will cover different areas of the volunteer journey.

This session will consult on our proposal for volunteer management, which we hope will enable you to involve volunteers appropriately at all stages of the volunteer journey. You will get an outline of Volunteer Management best practice principles how those will be translated into our new Volunteer Involvement Policy.
