Volunteer Recruitment Session
Over the last year, the CISV International’s Organisation Development Committee has been working on creating cohesive organisational standards of volunteer management across CISV. As a representative of your Chapter these sessions will provide you with the opportunity to understand the Volunteer Involvement Policy, learn best practices and share your feedback on volunteering with CISV.
These online town halls will cover different areas of the volunteer journey.
- Volunteer Management: Outline of Volunteer Management best practice principles how those will be translated into our new Volunteer Involvement Policy. Sat, Nov 01 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM PDT. Register here.

- Training Policy and Procedures: Discussing the implementation of the Training Strategy into our official documents Training Policy and Procedures (M-01 and M-01A), which ensures that people are equipped to succeed in their role. Sat, Nov 08 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM PST. Register here.
This session will consult on our volunteer recruitment process and will cover promoting volunteering opportunities and carrying out the recruitment process from start to finish.
