Junior Counsellor – Village
Location: Bangkok, Thailand 🇹🇭
Dates: December 20, 2026 – January 16, 2027
Number of spots: 1
Age: must be 16 or 17 years old a minimum of two weeks prior to the day of departure for the programme and on the last day of the programme. Cannot turn 18 years old during the programme.
Gender: female.
Application: OPEN until Sunday, February 13, 2026.
Applications for CISV programmes are submitted electronically to Beth and Amy, at programmes@cisvvictoria.ca. The deadline for applications is January 4, 2026 and will only be extended if positions aren’t filled.
A deposit is required with each programme application of $250 to be e-transferred to treasurer@cisvvictoria.ca. This deposit is non-refundable, but will be returned if the youth is not selected to be a delegate.
Applicants for programmes, and at least one of their parents/guardians, will be asked to participate in an interview to share their goals, expectations, and knowledge of the programme and why they wish to participate. Interviews will take place on Saturday, January 17, 2026.
