IJB is hosting a townhall on November 2 where they’ll be recapping the JB SET Report. The townhall will also be talking about IJBC (International JB Conference), the JB Conflict & Resolution Working Group, the IJB budget, and IJB Team applications for 2025-2027.
The National Board Meeting (NBM) is an annual event where CISV Canada executive, chapters, and members meet, learn, and network. Concurrently, the CISV Junior Branch holds their own national meeting, the National Junior Branch Meeting (NJBM) for Local Junior Representatives (LJRs) and other JBers.
As a representative of your Chapter these sessions will provide you with the opportunity to understand the Volunteer Involvement Policy, learn best practices and share your feedback on volunteering with CISV.
We hold our Board Meetings once a month, and anyone can attend and learn more about what goes on behind-the-scenes of CISV Victoria. Folks ages 16+ can join our board, but we welcome anyone who wants to learn more about how our Chapter is run to come to our meetings.

CISV Victoria holds monthly JB Meetings for local youth (ages 10-25) to connect, learn, and play. Junior Branch (JB) offers opportunities for youth to develop attitudes, skills and knowledge through educational initiatives that contribute to the mission and vision of CISV.
While your youth is having fun participating in our JB activities, we invite all CISV parents, and adult Chapter members to join us at CISV Victoria’s Fall General Meeting. Financial reports will be presented to the Chapter, any proposed motions will be voted on, and at the end, our entire Chapter (JB included) will come together and we will announce our 2026 travel opportunities!
