In addition to our regularly scheduled JB Meeting, the CISV Victoria Executive Board will be hosting our bi-Annual General Meeting for any voting members of our chapter (aged 14+). Financial reports will be presented to the chapter, any proposed motions will be voted on, and at the end, our entire chapter (JB included) will come together and we will announce our 2025 travel opportunities.

Where? Maria Montessori Academy
Who? All CISV Victoria youth, parents, alumni, and potential CISVers!

- 2024 year-end financial report
- group activities between adults + JBers
- announcement of 2025 programmes!

You must hold a membership for the 2024-25 year and be over the age of 14 in order to vote on any motions that may arise. We still have a few vacancies on our executive board (you can see them all here) and we could hold an ad-hoc election if anyone wants to run.. If you have any questions about the AGM please email chair@cisvvictoria.ca.
While your youth is having fun participating in our JB activities, we encourage you to join us at the Fall General Meeting.
