While your youth is having fun participating in our JB activities, we invite all CISV parents and adult Chapter members to join us at CISV Victoria’s Fall General Meeting. Our Fall AGM will be taking place in a room down the hall from our JB Meeting. We host General chapter meetings twice a year, to provide CISV Victoria members a chance to hear about the goings-on in our Chapter and have a say in our governance and decision-making.
General Meeting highlights:
- introductions of the CISV Victoria board
- 2025 year-end financial report
- hosting brainstorm for our 2026 Youth Meeting
- announcement of 2026 programmes!
Additional info: You must hold a membership for the 2025-26 year and be over the age of 14 to vote on any motions that may arise. That said, you don’t need to have a CISV membership to attend. All are welcome to join our General Meeting.
We still have a few vacancies on our executive board (see them all here) and could hold an ad-hoc election if anyone wants to run. If you have any questions about the AGM please email chair@cisvvictoria.ca.
