Hosting a CISV Programme

Dear CISV Victoria community,

We’re just a few months away from welcoming the world to our Youth Meeting 2026— a unique chance to showcase the warmth and generosity of West Coast hospitality. This is our opportunity to give 12-and-13-year-olds from around the globe an unforgettable summer of learning, friendship, and cultural exchange—and we need your help to make it happen!

Running a CISV programme is a massive team effort—but it’s also one of the most rewarding things we do together as a chapter. Let’s come together and show these children just how incredible CISV Victoria is.

Some tasks can be done at your own pace, while others need hands-on support at key times. We’ll need at least many volunteers contributing in various ways to make this work.

Finally, we are still in need of homestay volunteers. If you are interested in hosting a delegation, please email riskmanager@cisvvictoria.ca and complete the following form: CISV Homestay Application Form.
