Join us for Night of Lights (NoL) on November 24th from 6:00-9:30pm at Hillside Shopping Centre! The NoL is a fun, family-friendly event, that is unique in two ways!
- When you purchase a $5 ticket you’ll experience an evening of seasonal festivities, shopping (with special in-store discounts), entertainment, food and beverages, and the chance to win fabulous door prizes (including 1 of 5 $1,000 Shopping Sprees).
- In addition to all the great things you get at the event, you also are making a donation to a charity! 100% of the proceeds from every ticket sold goes to support local charities in our community.
CISV Victoria has 60 tickets to Night of Lights. This number represents a celebration of our upcoming sixtieth anniversary next year, and sixty years of being a part of the Victoria non-profit community. The money raised will support our chapter to develop, expand and grow, so we can hope to educate and inspire our youth to become active global citizens for a more just and peaceful world for sixty more years to come.
Tickets will be available for purchase ($5 each) or pickup at our October and November JB or exec Meetings. You can either pay with cash upon pickup, or by e-transfer to treasurer@cisvvictoria.ca. If you choose to e-transfer us, please say in the memo section what the money is for (e.g. 4 x Night of Lights tickets) so we can keep track. Additionally, if you would like to reserve tickets ahead of time, or need to find another time to pick them up, please email Lilly and she’ll put them aside for you.
Please advertise this opportunity to your family, friends, and neighbours! You can collect the cash on their behalf and then pick up tickets for them at our Chapter events. We hope to sell all of our allotted tickets, and if everyone in our Chapter helps buy/sell tickets we’ll sell out in no time!
