Application: This is a blended delegation with CISV Vancouver, and we have another youth who is also from CISV Victoria as a part of this delegation already. This is a wonderful opportunity to have an enriching CISV experience close to home. Please contact CISV Vancouver’s Programming Chair as soon as possible if you are interested or know a potential delegate. CISV grows by word of mouth.
